1. Definitions
1.1 ISANOA intimates located in Zeewolde
1.2 Customer: The person with whom ISANOA intimates has entered into an agreement.
1.3 Parties: ISANOA intimates and customer together
1.4 Consumer: a customer who is also an individual and who acts as a private person
1.5 You must read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. When you order products from ISANOA intimates, you agree to these conditions.

2. Applicability of general terms and conditions
2.1 These conditions apply to all quotations, offers, work, orders, agreements and deliveries of services or products by or on behalf of ISANOA Intimates
2.2 ISANOA intimates is entitled to refuse orders or request additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated without stating the reason.
2.3 Parties may only deviate from these conditions if they have expressly agreed to this in writing.

3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 All prices charged by ISANOA intimates are in euros and exclude any other costs such as administration costs, levies and travel, shipping or transport costs, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
3.2 Invoice exempt from OB pursuant to Article 25 OB Act
3.3 All prices that ISANOA intimates charges for its products or services, on its website, social media or otherwise made known, ISANOA intimates can  change at any time.
3.4 Increases in the cost prices of products or parts thereof, which ISANOA intimates could have foreseen at any time when the offer was made or the agreement was concluded, may give rise to price increases.
3.5 The consumer has the right to terminate an agreement as a result of a price increase as referred to in paragraph 3, unless the increase is the result of a legal regulation.
3.6 If you decide to cancel all or part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs.

4. Payments
4.1 After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail stating the total costs, including shipping costs. Payment is always made in full in advance.
4.2 The customer gives ISANOA intimates permission to perform all actions necessary to make payment in the payment method chosen by the customer.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason. ISANOA intimates can ask for a reason, but the customer is not obliged to provide this.

5.2 Returns can be refused at any time if they do not comply with ISANOA intimates' return policy

5.3 Products purchased with more than 25% discount can only be returned for store credit to be spent on isanoaitimates.nl

5.4 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceed a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below that minimum order amount or you return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If this is not done, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.

6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last.
6.2 Delivery of products ordered online will take place at the address specified by the customer.

7. Delivery time
7.1 The delivery time of all ISANOA intimates products is a maximum of 5 working days (excluding public holidays) unless otherwise communicated or the product is ordered on pre-order.
7.2 The delivery times stated by ISANOA intimates are indicative and do not entitle the customer to termination or compensation if they are exceeded, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7.3 The delivery time starts when the customer has fully completed the (electronic) ordering process and has received an (electronic) confirmation from ISANOA intimates
7.4 Exceeding the specified delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or the right to terminate the agreement.

7.5 When a product is ordered by a customer during a pre-order, the delivery time is a maximum of 3 weeks.

8. Packaging and shipping
8.1 If the packaging of a delivered product is opened or damaged, the customer must have the forwarder or delivery person make a note of this before receiving the product, failing which ISANOA intimates cannot be held liable for possible damage.
8.2 If the customer arranges the transport of a product himself, he must report any visible damage to products or packaging to ISANOA intimates prior to transport, failing which ISANOA intimates cannot be held liable for any damage.

9. Complaints
9.1 The customer must examine a product or service provided by ISANOA intimates as soon as possible for any shortcomings.
9.2 If a delivered product or service does not meet what the customer could reasonably expect from the agreement, the customer must inform ISANOA intimates of this as soon as possible, but in any case within 10 days after discovering the shortcomings.
9.3 The customer provides as detailed a description as possible of the shortcoming, including photographic evidence, so that ISANOA intimates is able to respond adequately.
9.4 The customer must demonstrate that the complaint relates to an agreement between the parties.

10. Changes to the agreement
10.1 If, after concluding the agreement for its implementation, it appears necessary to change or supplement its contents, both parties will adjust the agreement accordingly in a timely manner and in mutual consultation.

11. Changes to general terms and conditions
11.1 ISANOA intimates is entitled to change or supplement these general terms and conditions.
11.2 Changes of minor importance can be made at any time.
11.3 Major substantive changes will be discussed by ISANOA intimates with the customer as much as possible.
11.4 The customer is entitled to cancel the agreement in the event of a material change to the general terms and conditions.

12. Discounts

12.1 Discounts are only valid during the sale period and cannot be settled afterwards.

12.2 The 10% welcome discount cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts.

12.3 If you receive a gift with your order because you exceed a certain amount, and by returning items you fall below that minimum order amount or you return the entire order, you must also return the gift. If this is not done, the value of the gift will be deducted from the amount credited.
