Pre-order info

Between 20/11 and 20/12, part of our muse collection (black, red and dark blue) was available for pre-order. This means that we will ship these items as soon as we have them back in stock

If you order items that are available for pre-order and items that are in stock, your entire order will be shipped as soon as the pre-order items are in stock. If this is a problem, please contact our customer service by email so that we can look for a solution together!

Extradition

Each pre-ordered product states when we expect to deliver the product. For all muse pre-orders at the end of December. So please note that the muse pre-orders will only be shipped AFTER Christmas.

Exchanges & returns

We use our regular exchange/return policy for all pre-orders.
